Measuring:
1. Order your doors "prepared" for glass. The manufacturer will furnish a
suitable glass size (get it in writing).
2. We can route out cabinet doors for an additional charge if this is more
convenient for you.
3. "Glass" size should be 1/8' smaller than door "route out" width and length
Please let us know when corners of "route out" are not square
(radius corners).
Making a template:
How to Order:
1. We accept orders anyway you can get them to us including: Fax, E-mail,
mail, UPS/Fed-Ex or verbally. Please note that if you give an order verbally,
we will "read back" for verification. You are held liable for size and specifications.
We do not accept liability for verbal orders.
Installing Your Glass:
Shipping and Lead Time:
Shipping
1. We ship most orders via UPS. If an order can not ship UPS, we will notify
you beforehand. Carton and UPS charges are itemized on your invoice.
2. All pieces are individually wrapped in plastic. Open the box immediately
and inspect glass before removing plastic. If breakage occurs you must
conact UPS and file a damage claim within twenty-four hours. UPS will
not honor any damage claims for material if the plastic packaging has been removed or later than twenty-four hours of receipt.
Lead
Time:
1. We
have some of the fastest lead times in the industry for custom
hand made
products.
Our lead times vary from three days to three weeks depending
on
product
ordered. Rush service is available for a premium. Shipping
estimates
are
given at time of ordering.
Pricing
| All prices are calculated from size and quantity. Art glass is our lowest priced product and is sold by the square foot. Etched and True Trim glass are the next step up in price. These prices are calculated on a square foot basis, with 0-3 square feet being the smaller size pricing and more then 3 to 6 square feet being our larger size price. Rule of thumb for leaded pricing is as follows: Few pieces in design = low price; complex design = higher price. All products are quoted. We do not publish our pricing. |
Glass Samples
| Complete glass sample kits are available for $30.00 plus UPS cost. The sample kit cost is applied to your order upon return of samples. Individual samples are $3.00 each plus UPS. The sample cost is applied to your order upon return of sample and order placement. |
